So, here’s a little history about us at Pathfinder! We actually started out quite a few years back—basically, I had this lightbulb moment when I noticed there was a lack of good communication and solid installation practices in the area. People were not following through on commitments, and I thought, “You know what? We really need a company that actually follows through.” That inspiration led me to start Pathfinder.
Our very first project was kind of a fun challenge—we learned a lot on the fly and came away with some memorable lessons. We didn’t make much profit at all on the first project, and we did learn that we can be a great company and we had some good potential. Since those early days, we’ve grown quite a bit by expanding our team, boosting our capabilities, and working with a wide variety of clients.
People know us for certain types of projects, and we’ve tackled some high-profile or technically complex jobs for big homebuilders, cellphone companies, and quite a proud list of smaller shops and clients. We’ve evolved from just fabrication to handling installation, full permitting, a licensed contractor and full project management, all while sticking to our core values of quality work and strong client relationships.
